The new name of our online shop is “1basketry.”

Until now, our online shop has been operated primarily for customers outside Japan,
but with this renewal, we will integrate our domestic offerings as well and begin anew as a unified online shop.

At “1basketry,” we ship our products both within Japan and to destinations around the world.

Please choose either the Japanese or English version of the site and enjoy your shopping experience in your preferred language.

On a computer, the language selection button can be found at the top right of the screen,
and on a smartphone, it appears at the bottom right.
Japanese users are invited to select “Japanese” from there.

In addition to Japanese yen (JPY ¥), purchases can also be made in various currencies from around the world.

We kindly ask for your cooperation with the following three points.

Customers who were registered members of our former online shop
(the previous Ichikawa Basket Shop website)
are requested to set a new password for the renewed online shop.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.
Eligible customers have already received an email regarding the password reset,
and we kindly ask that you complete the necessary settings.

2)
For customers who had previously signed up for the “Restock Notification” feature
on the former online shop,
we regret to inform you that, due to system limitations,
this information cannot be transferred to the new online shop
and has therefore been reset.

If you wish to receive restock notifications,
please re-register from the relevant product page on “1basketry.”

3)
Please ensure that you are able to receive emails
from our new address: info@1basketry.jp.

Please note that the name of our physical store will remain
“Ichikawa Basket Shop (Ichikawa Kagoten),” as it has always been.

We will continue striving to further enrich our selection and to introduce truly good and meaningful items.

This year also marks the 10th anniversary since the fifth generation of our family took over the shop.
