Product delivery time: After confirming the credit card payment, we will ship within 3 business days for domestic orders. For international orders, we will ship within 2-7 business days.

Method of delivery of products:
Domestic shipments will be sent by Yamato Transport (only time-specified delivery times are accepted). International shipments are sent by Japan Post EMS only.

Returns, Defective Items, and Cancellations:
In the unlikely event of a defective product, please contact us as soon as possible after receiving the product.
