A-1.Shipping Method
Your order will be shipped from Tokyo, Japan to your destination via only EMS(Express Mail Service, Japan Post Service) , You can check the status via Tracking Service by the tracking number which we will send to you after your order is shipped.

After an order is placed, it is usually shipped within 2-7 business days after the store checks inventory and inspects the product.
Unfortunately, shipping address cannot be changed after the order is completed.

<The reason why international shipping takes longer than Japanese domestic shipping>

When shipping overseas, unlike in Japan, packages are more likely to be damaged, so special and sturdy packaging is needed.

Therefore, it may take some time to prepare packing materials specifically for each customer's order after the order is placed.

All this preparation is done to ensure the safe and successful delivery of important products to our customers, and we ask for your understanding that this may take a little time.

We have had no reports of damage to packages from overseas customers, so do not worry about it.

A-2.International Shipping Fee
Shipping fees are automatically calculated when you add items to your cart and proceed to the checkout screen. Please check from there.

A-3.Approximate time to delivery after shipment
The delivery time after shipment from our store will vary depending on the country and time of year.

We have experienced that we could deliver almost in the following delivery time during the normal period, excluding the above periods. This is just an example, but we would be very grateful if you could use it as a reference.

-The responsibility for delivery delays and accidents lies with the Japan Post, your country's customs and the local post office, not with us.

For international shipments, customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, and other fees that may apply after shipment. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the package, and we appreciate your correspondence.

We are not responsible for customs clearance and import duties. If you have any questions about customs duties or import tax fees, please contact your local customs office.

We will ship with care so as not to overcharge the customer when receiving the package. Please do not worry.

A.Japanese domestic delivery

A-1. Delivery Method

Normally, regardless of the payment method, we will deliver by Yamato or Sagawa.

All items that can be packed in the standard size (until 160cm total of three sides) will be charged a flat rate by region. All prices include tax.

<About Yamato "Compact">
Packages smaller than 60 size that can be packed in a special box will be sent using "Compact," which is cheaper than regular delivery.

The maximum amount of responsibility is 30,000 JPY per parcel (including tax) in accordance with the Yamato Transport Regulations.

We will check the contents of your order and if it can fit in the dedicated Compact box, we will automatically switch to the compact box and deliver it to you.

At that time, the total price will also be lower due to the change from the regular shipping price.
The same system is available for cash on delivery, so we will change to "Compact" to reduce the shipping cost.

However, since the amount of compensation for lost or damaged packages is 30,000 JPY (including tax) according to Yamato Transport regulations, we will deliver your package as regular delivery for purchases over 30,000 JPY, even if it is packed in a compact box.

In the case of large items exceeding the standard total size of 160 or items that are difficult to ship together and require two packages, we will calculate the shipping cost separately and contact you.

Free shipping thresholds may be offered during special campaigns. Please note that this service is intended for individual customers only, and does not apply to wholesale partners, businesses, or corporate clients.

A-3.Delivery Schedule

We usually ship within 3 business days after payment and confirmation of payment are received. For cash on delivery (COD), we will ship within 3 business days after your order is placed, so please be sure to place your order on a date when you can receive the package.

If you would like to request a specific time,

We do not accept delivery by a specific "date".
We will provide you with a shipping inquiry number at the time of shipment, and you may change the date and time directly with the shipping company for your own convenience.

<In case the product is returned to our store after a long period of absence>

In the unlikely event that you have not picked up your parcel after the retention period, your parcel will be temporarily returned to us. In such cases, we will send you an invoice for the round-trip shipping cost and the shipping cost for resending the item.

Example: If you are in Japan and wish to have your order shipped to the U.S.
The total amount will be displayed in US dollars (USD/$).
