Return & Refund policy
Before returning items:
Please be sure to check the item(s) immediately upon arrival.
We recommend that you keep the packing materials we send you until you inspect them and confirm that there are no problems.
Non-Returnable Conditions:
We will NOT accept returns or exchanges of merchandise
for reasons attributable to the customer (e.g., wrong order-size, color, difference in texture, difference from your own image, etc.).
In addition, we do not accept returns of special order items, personalized items, sale items, outlet items, or gift cards.
Products eligible for return:
-Defective or damaged goods with obvious defects
-Wrong product delivery
Only in the case of the above.
In addition to above,
-The product must be in the same condition as when it was received.
-Unused or unworn.
-Must have the tags attached.
-It must be in its original packaging.
The order number is also required.
And in the case of defective or damaged goods,
please take at least 3-4 shots of the following,
-A close-up of the damaged or defective part of the product
-The entire product including the damaged part
-The cardboard box the product was delivered in.
For a wrong delivery, we are sorry, but please send us photos that can be confirmed by both sides.

Deadline to contact us about returns:
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Any requests received after this time will not be accepted for return for any reason.
Method of Return:
For customers living in Japan
If we have the same item in stock, we will exchange it for a good one.
If we do not have the same item in stock, please return the item for a refund.
Please understand that we sell handmade products made by artisans and made of natural materials.
For customers living overseas
After contacting us, including photos,
Please return your item(s) at your expense.
In that case, please pay close attention to the cushioning material and cardboard boxes to avoid damage during transportation.
The cost of return shipping will be paid by 1basketry after the return is confirmed.
Please be sure to send us a photo of the invoice showing the return shipping costs. Please note that without a photo, we will not be able to refund the money.
Method of Refund
-In case of credit card, QR payment, etc.
If the system allows refunds, we will refund the money using the original payment method.
If the system does not allow refunds, we will send the money directly to your bank account.
-In the case of a bank transfer to a bank account
We will refund the money directly to your account. Please provide us with your bank account information.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
If approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
