Custom orders will be accepted depending on the details of the request. Custom-ordered items must be officially ordered and paid for before the maker begins production. Please also note that returns are not accepted.

Currently, even if you contact us, we are often unable to complete the transaction.
The reasons for not being able to complete the transaction are as follows,

• It is difficult to make a product just the right size for your needs because it is made of natural materials by human hands.
• Differences in color, shape, weaving method, or texture from the customer's image.
• Too expensive for the customer's budget
• Since custom-ordered items are often made by a single maker, there are limits to the quantity and delivery time.
  For example, we basically cannot respond to requests such as "100 pieces" or "2 weeks".
  No matter how fast, it takes more than one month including prototyping.
  (It may take longer depending on the maker, time of year, quantity, shape, and other details of the request.
• Requests are unclear without illustrations, drawings, photographs, or actual samples.

Custom-ordered items require a great deal of time, effort, and expense. We recommend that you consider whether there are any existing products that are close to what you want before you order a custom-made product. Alternatively, we may be able to make a suggestion using products that we already have in stock.

The following are the important things to complete a custom-ordered item.

• We are more likely to be able to make a product if we can receive at least an illustration or drawing with dimensions, a photograph, or, if possible, a sample of the actual product.
• We can also increase the possibility of manufacturing by considering different sizes of products that we already have in our store.
• We would appreciate it if you could give us a little more time for delivery.
• Informing us of your almost budget in advance will make it easier for us to discuss your request with the maker.
• Please note that the color, shape, weaving method, and texture may differ from your image.

We are sorry to have to say so much, but we believe that receiving orders for custom-ordered items is a valuable opportunity for us to learn about the traditional culture and craftsmanship of each region, and we would like to do our best to accommodate your requests.
