Basically, we only accept repair consultations for items that have been purchased from our shop.

We do not repair the item at our store, but we ask the maker to repair it for us.
The cost of the repair is
-shipping costs to and from the maker
-repair cost
-overhead fee
if the item is brought to our store.

For example, in the case of replacing the handle of a handbag, the repair cost alone is approximately 5,000 yen or more.

We are unable to provide repair services for items such as colanders that are used daily around water and wear out, or for items where the shipping costs to and from the maker, repair costs, and other expenses exceed the purchase price of the item. However, if you have an item that you have a special feeling for and would like to request a repair regardless of the price, please contact us.

Please attach photos of the relevant part when you contact us for repair. We would appreciate it if you could take at least three photos from different angles (the entire product, the frontside and the backside of the relevant part, etc.) in order to facilitate the discussion with the maker.
