These are dessert forks made of Mōsō bamboo.
Available in S and L sizes, and in natural and red, respectively.

It is finished by using tools and machines and further fine-tuning by hand.
The finish is then polished and painted for a truly smooth finish.
Mōsō bamboo is naturally a very hard and fibrous material, but the smooth finish gives no hint of this.

Both colors are coated with a “polyurethane coating” as the final process,
which conforms to the Food Sanitation Law in Japan.

The paint will come off little by little as you use it.
However, if handled with care, it can be enjoyed for a long time.

Dishwashers can also cause premature wear and tear.
We recommend using a soft sponge and mild detergent when washing.

Natural has the quality of clearly showing the original bamboo fibers,
while Red has a texture not found in ordinary bamboo cutlery due to its clear color.
