How to care
These products are made from all-natural materials and if taken good care of they will last for dozens of years. Products made of natural materials also change beautifully over time.

This is a series of lunch baskets made of Madake bamboo and Chinese moonseed vines.
Two types with a rolled rim finish are presented here.
This basket is woven with strips of thinly peeled strips of the hard enamel outer skin of the bamboo.
This process allows the color to change over time to a deeper amber color and shines with a glossy appearance.
“Caution”
At the time this photo was taken, it is a strong green color,
but this green will soon fade and turn to yellow and amber color.
Please note that the color may change from the photo when you receive the product.
It is relatively small in size among Kiriyama’s works and could easily be used as a first bamboo basket.
Although it is called a lunch basket, it can also be used as a handbag.
The bamboo is so smooth that you can touch any part of the basket and forget that the bamboo is splintersy.
The bamboo is freshly made and green, but as you use it day after day, you will enjoy its amber color as it ages.
It is quite heavy when you put a lunch box in it,
though, ｔhe rim, handle, and bottom of the basket are all solidly made,
it is durable enough to take the weight.
It is closely related to our daily life, It will be a cage that will stay by your side for several decades.
