These are “Bread basket” made of Madake bamboo and Chinese moonseed vines.
Two sizes, small and large, are introduced on this page.
These baskets are woven with strips of thinly peeled strips of the hard enamel outer skin of the bamboo.
This process allows the color to change over time to a deeper amber color and shines with a glossy appearance.
“Caution”
