These square brooches are made of grape bark.
Like leather, handbags of grape bark can last for many years and are known for their durability and quality,
usually the outer bark is used.
We introduce unique accessories made with the opposite the inner bark facing out.
The grape bark is harvested in the summer.
When the bark is dried after harvesting, it is inevitably peeled and cracked, making it unsuitable for weaving baskets.
After several years of storing such unusable materials, the bark unexpectedly turned a beautiful amber color on the inside of the bark.
This brooch was made using that inner bark.
Two sizes are available, small and large.
It looks good not only for wearing but also for decorating bags, pouches, etc.
Since these pins are thicker, they may make large holes in clothing.
It may be suitable for roughly woven items such as knits and sweaters.
For delicate items, please try it while keeping an eye on it.
Please choose the size you prefer.
