For all materials, please store in a well-ventilated place and avoid storing in cupboards, etc. as much as possible.
When storing, it is best to avoid direct sunlight and to place them in an elevated place where moisture does not accumulate.
If the product gets wet from rain or water, wipe it off with a dry cloth and dry it well in the shade or indoors in a well-ventilated location.
Regular brushing with a scrubber or brush is recommended to prevent dust accumulation.

How to care
These products are made from all-natural materials and if taken good care of they will last for dozens of years. Products made of natural materials also change beautifully over time.

These are aluminum alloy “steaming plates” that are used for steaming and cooking.
You can place this steaming plate on your pot or frying pan and place the steamer on top of it for cooking.
When using a Chinese steamer directly on a pot, if the diameter of the pot is smaller than the steamer, the flame or heat of the stove may burn the bottom of the steamer.
Also, if the diameter of the pot is too larger than that of the Chinese steamer, the steamer will be inside the pot and will not cook properly.
This steaming plate is placed between the pot, the steamer, and both of them and adjusts them well, so that the steamer can be placed on top of the pot in a stable condition.
The 6 sizes are available, so please check the size of your pot and steamer,
and choose the size that is just right.

- Pots and steaming plates – Make sure the shape and diameter size of the pot fits the steaming plate
- Chinese Steamer and Steaming Plate – Check whether the Chinese steamer is small enough to be placed
on the inside of the rim of the steaming plate.
About this steaming plate, if you are torn between two sizes, the larger of the two would be a good choice.
However, if the pot has handles, please note that if the handles are higher than the rim of the pot,
the steaming plate cannot be placed on the pot in a stable position.
You can use the same combination of **Japanese steamer and Chinese steamer as well.
It may look simple, but it is an excellent adjuster for steamed dishes.
It will be an active player in the kitchen all year round, acting as a go-between for the steamer and the pot.

Depending on the dishwasher detergent you use, it may cause corrosion or discoloration.
We recommend that you do not use strong alkaline detergents,
but rather dilute a neutral detergent and wash gently with a soft cloth such as a sponge.
