While “Igusa” bags are made flat with a special loom from a rope of “Igusa” rush, these pot mats are made entirely by hand.
The three sizes are, from left to right, Small, Medium, and Large.
*Caution 1*
Please note that placing really hot pots and pans right off the stove may cause discoloration or burning of the “Igusa” rush ropes.
It is better to place them on these pot mats after the temperature has cooled down a little.
When not in use, it would be nice to hang it on a hook and admire its appearance.
You can enjoy its charming wreath-like shape and even more fragrance.
*Caution 2*
Please make sure that the diameter of the bottom of the teapot, earthenware pot, or other object to be placed on top is
larger than the diameter of the inner hole in the potmats. Otherwise, please note that it cannot be used as a pot mat.
Please choose the size you prefer.
