This page is for booking a store visit on weekdays, limited to Mondays and Wednesdays.
Please select your preferred date and time, then click the “Add to Cart” button.

There is no payment required for booking a visit.
Please proceed to complete the order as usual.

Please note that this page is for general customers only.
If you are a wholesale customer, please make your visit reservation through our dedicated wholesale page.

Store visits on Mondays and Wednesdays are available by appointment only.
This option is intended for those who are unable to visit during our regular business days (Thursday to Saturday),
as well as for those who would like to browse and shop at a relaxed pace,
or take time to consult with our staff while selecting items.

【Important Notes】

1) Even on Mondays and Wednesdays, reservations may not be available if the day falls within an exhibition period or is otherwise a regular store opening day.
Dates and times that do not appear in the selection list are not available for reservation.

2) On our regular store opening days (Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and other dates listed on our store calendar),
we do not accept reservations.
You are welcome to visit freely during business hours (11:00–16:00).

【How to Book】

1) Each reservation slot is 60 minutes and is available for up to two people per group.
If two people will be visiting, please select a quantity of “2” when making your reservation.
Please also enter the representative’s name, address, phone number, and email address.

2) Visits are scheduled on a 60-minute rotation basis.
Even if a time slot is fully booked, it may become available again if a cancellation occurs.
If you wish to wait for an opening, please use the “Notify me when available” feature.

3) If you arrive late for your reserved time, the end time of your visit cannot be extended.
Thank you for your understanding.

4) Children are welcome to visit with you.
If you will be visiting with children and the total number of guests exceeds two,
please indicate this in the notes section when making your reservation.

5) If you need to cancel your visit after making a reservation,
please be sure to notify us in advance.
We accept cancellation notices by phone or via the contact page on our online store.

6) We may ask you to show our confirmation email when verifying your reservation
or upon your arrival at the store.
Please ensure that emails from our address,

can be received in advance.

【Additional Information】

1) For the latest arrivals and updates, please visit this page.

2) Shopping bags are available for an additional fee.
We kindly ask that you bring your own reusable bag when possible.

3) Photography inside the store is limited to one wide shot of the overall space.
Individual product photography and video recording are not permitted.

4) Items purchased in-store can be shipped for an additional fee.
Please feel free to ask our staff for assistance.

5) Information on accepted payment methods and directions to the store can be found on this page.
Please note that we do not have on-site parking.
As the area in front of the store is close to an intersection and has heavy traffic,
we kindly ask that you refrain from parking on the street and use nearby paid parking facilities.
