This cooking pot is made of aluminum and has a stepped inside.

We also introduce it as a cooking pot for daily dishes such as simmered dishes and soups.

These specifications are also used in restaurant kitchens for commercial use, and are easy to handle and highly durable.

With vertical handles on both sides, it is easy to hold, takes up little storage space, and can be stacked in different sizes.

On this page, we introduce three sizes of small-sized pots,
15.5cm (6.1″), 18.5cm (7.28″), and 21.5cm (8.46″), which are easy to use mainly at home.

which have almost the same specifications but are even sturdier and larger in size.

This pot is “hammered” on the inside and outside.
The hammered finish means that a metal plate (aluminum for this pot) has been dented with a mallet.

This will increase the strength of the pot and the surface area of the pot with many indentations,
allowing it to take in more convective heat from the stove fire and increase heat conductivity.

Heat is transferred quickly and evenly to the food, making it suitable for slow cooking over a long period of time.

If the size of the steamer is just right for this Stepped pot, it can be matched without using a steaming plate.

Select a Drop lid that is one size smaller than the diameter of the pot.

The size of the Drop lid is recommended for each pot. Please refer to the following.

• Stepped pot 15.5cm（6.91″） → Drop lid without hole/with hole 13cm（5.12″） or 14cm（5.51″）.
• Stepped pot 18.5cm (7.28″) → Drop lid without hole/with hole 15cm（5.91″） or 16cm（6.3″）.
• Stepped pot 21.5cm(8.46″) → Drop lid without hole/with hole 18cm（7.09″）.

Use it with Steamer or Drop lid or by itself.
